Stories are generated only from publication-approved evidence. Every factual claim must map to an exact internal source location and pass deterministic and independent model checks. Source files remain private.

Large figures retain their evidenced counting unit, population, timeframe, geography, method, and unique-versus-cumulative status. Reach or participation is never presented as an outcome. Leadership and rank language requires an explicit, scoped source claim. External researchers, public institutions, and governments are named only within their evidenced role; collaboration does not imply endorsement.

A candidate is skipped when evidence, privacy, originality, language, dignity, safeguarding, media-rights or reputational checks fail. AI-generated documentary images and synthetic participant depictions are prohibited.
